The Third Estimate is seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Intern to join our growing team for Summer 2025! This internship is your front-row seat to the residential home improvement industry—covering everything from roofing and windows to storm restoration sales.
This is not a sit-and-observe role. You’ll be in the action—supporting lead generation, shadowing our sales pros, interacting with real customers, and contributing to real deals.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and customer follow-ups
- Shadow sales reps during appointments and inspections
- Support lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, and CRM updates
- Help coordinate between sales, production, and admin teams
- Join marketing and outreach efforts, including canvassing events
- Conduct market research and provide insights to drive strategy
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Handle admin tasks to keep the sales engine running
- Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable in a customer-facing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience = a bonus!)
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Real-world sales, customer service & CRM experience
- Exposure to the high-demand home improvement industry
