The Thompson Organization in Doylestown is looking to hire a Full-time Building/Facilities Maintenance Person. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred as a vast mechanical skill set required.
Requirements:
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge/skills required
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Time management skills
- Willingness to travel approx. 30 miles outside of the Doylestown area
- Ability to perform routine building maintenance tasks
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools required
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Responding to tenet and dealership building inquiries
- Coordinating jobs with outside contractors
- Prioritizing jobs based on needs/urgency
