Responsibilities :
Manage the day to day functions of a long term care and skilled nursing facility
Maintain the facility budget
Ensure facility is compliant from a federal and state level, routine inspections
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree, preferred
Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
1-3 years of experience managing a facility
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
