Principal Quality Advancement Analyst

- Serve as Timken’s global Management Representative for third-party registrars.
- Review and recommend solutions to quality problems and operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards (IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 9001, APQP4Wind, AAR M-1003, VDA, TPG, etc.).
- Approve Quality Plans for new Timken-branded products.
- Support resolution of customer-related issues impacting plant or facility certification.
- Assist in major and minor finding corrective action activities and submissions to registrars.
- Monitor process compliance issues using data from audits and customer feedback for corrective actions.
- Collaborate on establishing and maintaining a global quality training program.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality systems for plant certification.
- Work with Global Corporate Quality teams to adopt new technology and tools.
- Contribute to QMS governance development and participate in the annual Quality Business Planning process.
- Demonstrates adaptability, ownership, and innovation in agile work environments.
- Develops self and others through continuous learning and effective feedback.
- Prioritizes customer needs, focuses on quality, and delivers results.
- Fosters collaboration, inclusion, and welcomes diverse perspectives.
