Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Assist in retail sales by actively engaging with customers and recommending products that meet their needs.
• Maintain stock levels, ensuring that shelves are well-organized and products are readily available.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base when necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience with product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Ability to manage stock levels and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems for transaction processing.
• Supervisory skills to lead and mentor team members.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.

Job Type: Full-time
