Job Summary
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Checkout Associate where you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. As a member of our sales floor team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of merchandise, from designer luggage to statement shoes.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive internal and external customer experience by addressing customer concerns and issues promptly.
- Takes an active role in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles.
- Trains and coaches associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
- Partners with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
- Earns an average salary of $15.00 per hour.
