Position: Event Producer
Location: Remote - The agency is located in NYC

Our core business produces multi-day executive summits, sales meetings, B2B marketing events, incentive trips, and internal team meetings. Event Producer Role:The Event Producer will be a key member of the LCW team working in collaboration to produce smaller and large-scale events. This role will be client-facing and manage multiple aspects of events with the plan to oversee projects in the future.

Client-facing: participate in client meetings and presenting areas of management

Produce elements of multi-day Summits and B2B events/parties

Oversee guest lists/attendee management

Contribute to key event docs including project decks, work back plans, timelines, and run of shows

Comfortability working on multiple projects concurrently
Pre-Event / Planning - Projects may include, but are not limited to:
Attendee & Guest List Management

Own lists and communicate updates with clients

Track, monitor, and report registrations
-
Create attendee communication plans
-
Add & update new information on registration platforms

Add and update event websites with new information
-
Event apps: populate with content when needed
-
Update RFPs & send them to selected venues

Develop site selection decks with the team

Research ground transportation vendors
-
Book / manage ground transportation
-
Create initial rundowns to hand off to the content manager and show caller (when needed)

Research and produce branded items as needed

Create asset lists for designers

Proof designs for approval
-
Develop budgets based on areas of management

Track & update budgets based on associated areas of management
Oversee & execute areas of planning management
Travel to events as needed
Travel is about 15 - 20%. It is heavier in October & November leading up to Thanksgiving.
