Busy, High Energy, Corporate Communications Company seeking energetic, team-Leader for Executive Producer position. The Executive Producer (EP) leads the production/creative process, developing budgets, overseeing all the production elements, and managing schedules, team members, and crew. EP will work on the business side of production and is responsible for seeing a production through from beginning to end, ensuring the project maintains the corporate client’s intended brand image and message, and introducing new concepts or ideas.
Must have a minimum of ten(10) years’ experience in video and/or live event production.
The candidate is responsible for:
· Leading team members in creative video and event concept development, pulling together elements for the pre-production phase, researching talent and speakers, maintaining schedules, supporting logistics, etc.
· Participating in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
· Managing projects with high-level clients and collaborating closely with internal clients and team members.
· Experienced in live event productions with excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
· Dedicated, customer-service oriented, multi-tasker, and problem solver, with a positive ''can-do'' attitude.
· Well Organized, Self-starter, with high energy and able to juggle multiple projects in a deadline environment.
· Experienced in developing and maintaining production schedules, planning video shoots in various environments, scouting, selecting and reserving shoot locations, and selecting and hiring crew and talent.
Willing, able, and excited to travel. Travel is a requirement.
