Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive growth and create new business opportunities. This individual will identify, develop, and nurture relationships with clients and partners, leveraging their strategic mindset to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, independent worker, self-motivated, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct client capabilities and creative presentations along with other team members and negotiate/secure business deals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative department, and Executive Producers to work on creative pitches.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and contract
Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

5-7 Years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software a plus
