This is a full-time role.Highlights Of Our CompanyReceive warm leads as a Business Development Representative.Participate in weekly training sessions on products and sales for all team members.Foster team unity through team-building activities and outings.Engage in fun sales competitions every week.Benefit from professional mentorship for personal growth from top industry professionals.Access achievable opportunities for career advancement.Explore possibilities for residual income.Enjoy paid time off (PTO) benefits.Receive health insurance coverage and eligibility for a 401(k) plan.Cutting Edge Lead Technology and Artificial Intelligence.Compensation$100,000 at plan with commissionResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.Ability to cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Take Warm Lead transfers over the finish line.Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.Creativity with deals and customize to suit the needs of the borrower.QualificationsCoachability is a must!A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.A successful track record of meeting sales quotas is a must.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.The candidate should have a competitive spirit, be self-motivated, and be driven to succeed.The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust network is crucial.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are necessary.Business Acumen is really important.Ability to close and persuade.About CompanyThe Accredited Group is a boutique business development firm specializing in business loans, mortgages, insurance, and merchant processing.
