Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers/Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food pairings and drink specials, to enhance the dining experience.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of bar operations.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant settings.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Culinary knowledge related to drink preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
