"Share the Fun" with thousands of our Mud Hens and Walleye fans by supporting our goal to expand the footprint of games or special events.
Role Summary
The Special Events Assistant is responsible to aid in the successful execution of events at the Mud Hens, Hensville and Walleye. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, engaging environment while contributing to memorable guest experiences. As part of the event staff, you'll assist in the execution of a variety of events, ensuring that every detail runs smoothly, and that guests leave with lasting positive impressions.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including concerts, community activities, and private gatherings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a friendly and approachable point of contact for guests.
- Monitor event spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with venue policies.
- Support crowd management by guiding guests and providing directions as needed, which may include collecting/scanning tickets or verifying wristbands and badges.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Assist vendors, performers, and partners with event-related needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Previous experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working Environment/Physical Requirements
