Role Summary
Fifth Third Field ushers deliver optimum service to fans in a friendly, pleasant, and professional manner. This position includes scanning tickets at a gate, escorting guests from the concourse, down isles in which their seats are located, managing seating areas during the game, and serve as a source of information to all guests. Ushers will be trained to have a vast knowledge of 5/3 Field and its operating rules and regulations. This is a gameday role which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
