What We Look For In a Barback

• Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
• Problem solvers that can handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
• Bar and or restaurant experience desired but not essential
  
  

What You Will Do As a Barback

• Maintains the smooth operation of the bar by assisting bartenders in preparing and serving beverages and ensuring a well-organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area
• Cleans and polishes the bar, shelves, bottles, glasses, and equipment
• Prepares and serves drinks per standard recipes; sets bar with napkins and utensils
• Clears used items, wipes bar, and upsells food and drinks
• Organizes and displays bottles, glasses, garnishes, and boutique items
• Washes, arranges, and stocks glassware
• Prepares fruit and other garnishes
• Cleans and maintains bar equipment
• Breaks down and cleans bar at close; restocks to closing levels
