Role Description
We are looking for applicants with great organizational skills, the ability to multitask, self-motivator with strong attention to detail and great time management skills, and a willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Must be a dedicated professional with a positive attitude. The right candidate will perform a variety of legal, administrative, and clerical tasks for the firm delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct initial in-take process and gather detailed information for attorneys.
· Schedule meetings for client/attorney conference calls and office appointments.
· Creating, editing, and organizing client files.
· Correspond with clients via phone or email, in between initial contact through to file closure.
· Accurately prepare documents, pleadings and correspondence
· Witness and notarize documents
· Provide assistance to all firm attorneys.
· Other tasks as needed.

· Experience in a law firm setting, with legal procedures, culture, and protocols
· Good working knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
