You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Support in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• 5 years of experience in business development for FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development.
• Analyze competition, markets segments, channels and pricing context that impact the business expansion.
• Strong communication skills.
• Business Development * * Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
• Willingness to travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
• High level of adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
• Set KPIs and metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and project management efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,741.38 - $69,538.01 per year
