Job Description:
This assembler role involves performing mechanical work in building machinery using various hand and power tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling machinery, reading and following technical documents, and maintaining production records.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical work in building machinery using various hand and power tools.
Read and follow technical documents, blueprints, and production records to ensure accurate assembly.
Use a computer to track part locations, inventory, and routing.
Record information electronically to maintain production records.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing plant conditions (indoors, with variable temperature, humidity, noise, and dirt).
Physical hazards such as powered vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic, sharp objects, moving machinery, compressed air power supplies, and materials handling.
Working with hazardous materials, including solvents, oils, grease, paint, and fuels.
