About The Role

As an Entry-Level Project Coordinator at The Tower, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our project management team. You will provide crucial support to the planning, execution, and successful completion of video production projects, working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Project Support:

* Assist in project planning and scheduling, including task assignment and timeline creation.
* Provide administrative support for project documentation and coordination.

Team Collaboration:

* Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are adequately resourced.
* Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

* Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
* Contribute to quality assessments and improvements.

Reporting and Analytics:

* Support data analysis efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of projects.
* Assist in preparing regular reports on project progress and milestones.

Issue Resolution:

* Help identify and address project issues and risks in a timely manner.
* Contribute to developing solutions to project challenges.

About You

* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A strong desire to learn and grow in a project management role.
