SUMMARYAssist in the daily operation of the food and beverage operations at Eagle’s Landing Golf Course.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.•Provide outstanding customer service to connect with a diverse range of customers, ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any conflicts in a professional manner•Follow standard recipes and presentation techniques for making food and beverages while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and age verification guidelines to serve alcoholic beverages are followed•Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and equipment to meet the requirements of health department agencies•Handle cash and credit card transactions, give correct change, and maintain accurate cash drawer•Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clean work area and restock items as needed•Operate all kitchen equipment, to include slicer, fryer, flat top, oven and grill •Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, peeling, cutting and mixing •Operate motorized beverage cart•Stocking and managing inventory
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCESome food and beverage experience preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and recipes. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. MATHMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY: Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
