Job Overview
The Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex on Naylor Mill Road in Salisbury is a premier sports facility on the East Coast. We are looking for energetic, quality-minded individuals for the 2025 season. The season runs from Mid-March until Thanksgiving.
Duties include
- Assisting with facility maintenance including mowing grass,
- ball field prep,
- program and special event support,
- landscaping, janitorial, and
- other maintenance duties.
Hours flex based on needs ranging from 20-40 hours/week. Both weekend and weekday positions are available.
Requirements:
- Lawn maintenance experience
- Mechanical abilities preferred
- Knowledge of softball, baseball, and sports field maintenance a plus
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record are a must
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
