Responsibilities:
- Managing staff schedules.
-Assisting the Director with daily tasks in the program.
-Ensuring the classrooms and building are closed properly.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Assist in general office tasks to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Support with event planning and coordination for company activities.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and correspondence handling
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a Child Care setting
- Familiarity with Google Docs
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in childcare would be beneficial
- Familiarity with event planning processes
- Knowledge of clerical duties and office management practices
