Summary: As an integral team member, Thrill Zone Attendants are in direct and continuous interaction with guests, team leads, and managers on a daily basis. Thrill Zone Attendants are responsible for the safe operation of various attractions within our Thrill Zone area including the SkyFlyer, Hurricane360, and unique go-kart attractions such as Elevated Tracks. Thrill Zone Attendants will follow safety and service procedures to ensure an adrenaline pumping and safe experience for all guests.
As a Thrill Zone Attendant, you will:
- Comply with all policies and procedures of The Track
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive attitude at all times
- Assist guests with various "Thrill Zone" attractions to include, but not limited to, Elevated Tracks, Hurricane360, SkyFlyer, etc.
- Ensure safety of guests, co-workers, and self by practicing proper safety procedures at all times and enforcing policies specific to the attraction of which you are responsible (including carry-on items, attire, height and weight restrictions)
- Be familiar with all procedures and proper operational techniques of the park and follow them in every relevant situation.
- Remain focused as throughout the amusement cycle; smoothly transitioning guests through the attraction efficiently and cautiously.
- Complete all assigned training associated with assigned attractions
- Other duties may be assigned, if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability is required as weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays are often required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct and indirect sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
- Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be able and willing to meet all The Track’s Grooming Standards daily
