As an Arcade Attendant, you will:
- Interact with arcade guests in the Arcade and encourage them to play games
- Explain rules and procedures, and oversee operations within the arcade
- Your specific duties as a Games Operator will include:
- Attracting guests to the arcade and getting them excited to play
- Advising guests on how to get tokens/cards and how to use games
- Awarding prizes and keeping the redemption station stocked with merchandise
- Complying with safety and fire procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service to welcome and greet all Guests entering the Arcade
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation
- Must be willing to work indoors with artificial and natural lighting
- Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times
- Must be able and willing to meet all Fat Daddy’s Grooming Standards daily
