What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent - 9 position at The Tradesmen Group, LLC?
The Tradesmen Group LLC is seeking an experienced superintendent, with significant construction experience, to supervise and manage on-site activities for building rehabilitation projects in the Nashville/TN area. Experience in historic restoration is preferred but not required.
TTG is a 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) specializing in the preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of significant structures. TTG self-performs multiple trades including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, architectural metal working, carpentry, painting, historic sloped and low slope roofing & more.
Compensation package commensurate with experience & qualifications. Overtime & performance bonuses offered.
