We are looking for a Project Manager to join our amazing Team!
(We are looking for Local Candidates only. Our office is located in Marlborough, MA, with hybrid option)
The project manager is a key role at TTA and will be responsible for project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with our clients. The Project Manager will work in a team environment with our sales and recruiting teams.
What you'll do:
- Develop trusted relationships with all stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and talent
- Meet regularly with customers to ensure that we are meeting their needs
- Work closely with your internal TTA reps to review and assign priorities
- Prepare and facilitate kick-off meetings
- Review and approve detailed plans and schedules
- Draft and manage contracts for deployed talent
- Oversee talent preparation, upskilling, and/or certification
- Lead projects with multiple team members and stakeholders
- Respond professionally and positively in the face of challenges
- Be proactive in communicating early and often, anticipating and escalating potential issues
- Consult on deployment processes to ensure that best practices are followed and that clients benefit from TTA’s experience
- Handle travel, logistics etc. if needed for our talent professionals
Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a client facing role as a Project Manager or similar background
- You are highly results-driven with a sharp customer focus and passion for serving customer needs
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to changing environment.
- You are a team player with a positive, proactive attitude and growth mindset
- You have a passion for relationship-building & are a creative problem-solver
- You have exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- You want to grow and constantly learn in a fast paced, ever-evolving industry
- You are proficient in MS Office applications
- Typing proficiency of 60 words per minute or higher
