Schedule and Compensation
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$29, along with a $400 sign-on bonus after completing 100 billable hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6:30pm.
About the Role
As an Autism Behavior Therapist, you will be working one-on-one with clients in their homes under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary responsibilities include implementing customized ABA therapy programs, using evidence-based practices to encourage positive behavior and skills acquisition, and collaborating with parents and supervisors to tailor therapy to meet each child's unique needs.
- Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans to help clients develop essential life skills.
- Cultivate a supportive environment that encourages client progress and independence.
- Maintain accurate records of client data using electronic medical record systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RBT Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Experience working with clients of varying ages, skill levels, and behaviors.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for data collection.
