Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of skilled professionals. As an RBT, you will be the face of our organization, working closely with clients in their homes to implement customized ABA therapy programs and promote positive behavior and skills acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with parents, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress using electronic medical record systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements
- Required:
- RBT Certification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Experience working with clients of varying ages, skill levels, and behaviors
- Knowledge of EMR systems for data collection
- Preferred:
- TRICARE certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for driving change and supporting children's independence
