Position Overview :
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team, roll up your sleeves, and make a real impact in the world of ABA therapy? We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Clinical Director BCBA to join us full-time in a lively, in-clinic role (with some occasional hybrid opportunities to keep things exciting). You'll be overseeing the clinical operations at our clinic, leading the charge to deliver top-notch ABA therapy, and guiding a talented group of Behavior Technicians and other staff to success. We want someone who's ready to bring their expertise, passion, and leadership skills to the table!
What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead and inspire a team of talented clinicians to provide top-tier ABA therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that make a real difference in kids' lives.
- Track progress and analyze data like a pro to make sure we're always improving.
- Mentor, support, and supervise Behavior Technicians and clinical staff to help them grow and succeed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a seamless and effective care plan.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in ABA and continually improve our practices to stay ahead of the curve.
