The Truss Company is hiring Truss Builders for SWING SHIFT!
WHO WE ARE:
The Truss Company is a leading manufacturer of engineered wood roof and floor trusses, selling to the residential, commercial, and agricultural construction markets throughout the PNW. We focus on long-term customer relationships by providing high-quality products and services at a competitive price.
WHO YOU ARE:
You will be an integral part of the Production Team. Together with your teammates, you will work to build a high-quality roof truss package for our customers. You will be reliable, enjoy working with your hands, and comfortable working with hand tools.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior carpentry experience helpful
- Ability to follow instructions
- Able to work in inclement weather conditions
- Able to continuously stand and walk throughout shift
- Must be able to lift frequently up to 50lb and occasionally with assistance if needed, up to 100lb
- Able to work overtime, and Saturdays, when necessary.
