Job Summary: As a Building Services Consultant at The Tustin Group, your primary objective is to identify new opportunities and deliver effective sales presentations. You will be responsible for self-generating new agreement opportunities, qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, and overcoming objections to close agreements that meet or exceed sales goals.

- Conduct sales activities, focusing on cold calling, to reach Key Decision Makers.
- Utilize company calling scripts to make introductions and overcome objections.
- Schedule 3-5 self-generated new appointments weekly to qualify potential customers.
- Achieve weekly required sales activities as directed by management.
- Delve into customer needs and devise tailored sales strategies for each opportunity.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and collect data to support estimate development.
- Presentation of new agreements, addressing inquiries, and overcoming objections to secure sales effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with Key Decision Makers to drive sales progression.
- Develop and manage a qualified proposal pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Closure of sufficient agreements to meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Accurate recording of sales activities and notes in the CRM.
- Weekly meetings with managers to review sales activities and performance against targets.
