IMPORTANT: We are looking for professional sales applicants with a history of Franchise Sales experience. We give special priority to applicants with experience in the tutoring franchise industry but all applicants with franchise sales experience are welcome to apply. Our goal is to hire an applicant that has talent and past experience selling franchises and signing Franchise Agreements for a Franchisor company. We are looking to add a second executive to our Department of Franchise Expansion (Sales) so it is important to find applicants experienced in the growth of a Franchise organization and the Franchise Business Model.

Because of this, we want to bring on a strong, top level, proven sales performer who has sold franchises in the tutoring industry in the past and now would like a new challenge to help and work with the Director of Franchise Expansion and Dr. Thalheimer, the President and Founder of The Tutoring Center® Franchise Corp, to help increase growth.
While you may have great franchise sales experience, we are also looking for the right sales professional; a proven individual with the highest levels of Integrity, Quality, Enthusiasm, Service and Teamwork. WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?…..
- You will help and work directly with the Director of Franchise Expansion.
- Expansion receives between 100 and 200 new leads per month from interested franchise applicants, that have found and contacted us through our franchise marketing and advertising campaign. Your job is to contact and followup on these leads, conduct initial "welcome calls", and then develop strong relationships with these prospective applicants as you take them through the steps to attend Discovery Day, sign their Franchise Agreement, and become an official Franchisee.
- You will help qualify your franchise applicants, by looking very carefully at their commitment to IQuEST and their passion to help children be successful in life.
- You will help the Director of Franchise Expansion prepare for Discovery Days, which Dr. Thalheimer and the entire Executive Team are involved with. Discovery Days are typically held two Fridays per month.
- You will help the Director of Franchise Expansion supervise our Franchise Marketing campaign and are the liaison with our national Franchise Advertising Portals.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are a seasoned Franchise sales professional with a history in franchise sales and we give special consideration to applicants that have experience selling franchises in the tutoring industry.
- We are looking for a professional that has an excellent track record of success in achieving sales goals and signing franchise agreements.
- You have a strong commitment to our Guiding Principles; Integrity, Quality, Enthusiasm, Service, and Teamwork.
- You have impressive phone, live discussion, and email communication skills.
- You have strong organizational skills, and a strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
- You already have a good understanding of the legal requirements of the franchise sales and registration process, including a good understanding of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
- You have a strong ability to interact, engage, build relationships, and work with franchise applicants in a manner that leads and motivates well qualified applicants to join our Franchise Team.
- You have a strong work ethic and you use this work ethic and all your skills to help you close franchise sales for well qualified franchise applicants who are well educated, financially strong, and most importantly, through selling our franchises, you have a strong passion to help children be successful in life.

- Typical Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, but we have built in "flex time" also to help with the traffic in the LA area.
- After 90 days of employment, some very qualified applicants may choose to work in a "hybrid" work environment by working 3 days/week at the National Headquarters, while working the other days from a home office. We will provide all relevant technology.
