Responsibilities
This position involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Greeting members and guests, anticipating their needs, and providing professional service.
- Following established procedures for opening and closing the golf operation, ensuring timely set-up and maintenance of stations, driving ranges, and practice facilities.
- Assisting the Director of Outside Operations with starting and directing play, coordinating tee times, and maintaining orderliness during peak hours.
- Managing golf car cleanliness, storage, and maintenance, as well as supervising the overall condition of the practice facilities.
- Maintaining the bag drop area, organizing the bag room, and assisting members and guests with retrieving golf bags and storing them in assigned slots.
- Conducting daily inspections of the driving range, short game area, and related range ball retrieval systems, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
