Overview:
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for providing support across all departments within our organization to ensure that service levels are maintained at an exceptional level. This role is the point of contact for members, ensuring their needs are met and consistently receive a personalized experience.
General Responsibilities:
- Liaises and collaborates with guests and hotel departments, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Oversees and enhances the full journey of the guest experience, ensuring that every detail reflects a personalized curated service. To anticipate guest needs and preferences and proactively offer assistance and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Creates personal relationships with members and guests and be a strong welcoming presence around the club.
- Takes part in members programming, bring new ideas to the membership team, and be part of any members events and collect the feedback from members for future references
- Always represents the brand when on site. Champion the brand not only to the on-house guests, but also, guests of members and public audience with being ready to do the show arounds of member spaces and share
- Builds strong profile notes and make sure all departments are aligned and have everything updated on their side.
- Ensures all guest feedback is well communicated to relevant departments and actioned.
