- Establish and maintain tenant relations.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for workers and tenants.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
