Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas prior to guest seating
- Set tables with linen, silverware, glassware, and napkins with precision and care
- Serve water, bread, and assist with beverage refills
- Clear courses and reset tables promptly and professionally
- Assist servers with running food, coffee service, and mise tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized dining space throughout service
- Uphold all health and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Potential to train and assist on the expediter line based on performance and aptitude
- Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or similar entry-level restaurant/club role preferred
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- ServSafe and RAMP certifications are a plus (voucher code for RAMP available upon onboarding)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Additional earnings through a percentage share of the service charge pool, based on hours worked
- Spring Ball (Saturday within the first two weeks of April), Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day Celebration (Friday before July 4th), Thanksgiving Day & Member Guest Weekend
