Key Responsibilities
- Provide gracious, knowledgeable, and efficient service in alignment with Marquis and Union League standards.
- Greeting guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages in a polished and attentive manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of tables, service stations, and dining room.
- Uphold all safety and sanitation standards.
- Support teammates and assist with side work, setup, and closing duties as needed.
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
