Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Leads and executes an email strategy for Booth’s general business audience taking into consideration best practices, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Champions continuous advancement of email marketing automation features and evangelizes the benefits to the marketing department and partners.
- Plans, designs, and deploys targeted email marketing campaigns that align with institutional goals and marketing objectives.
- Segments and manages email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on user demographics, preferences and behavior.
- Works proactively to cross-promote across other digital channels and maximize engagement with key audiences.
- Ensures all email marketing complies with relevant regulations such as GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and email best practices.
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of email campaigns using key metrics. Uses data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize email marketing strategies.
- Designs and implements nurture campaigns to effectively engage users and build brand affinity.
- Creates effective digital marketing engagement plans and assists with media buys.
- Develops, plans, and disseminates information designed to keep the public informed of the organization's programs, accomplishments, or point of view.
- Solves moderate to complex problems related to the writing, preparation, and/or delivery of information from or about the unit. Develop and ensure execution of strategies that increase effectiveness of communications; create metrics to drive evaluation of effectiveness.
- Performs other related work as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- A minimum four years of digital marketing experience, including at least two years in email marketing.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
- Marketo experience.
- Familiar with Sitecore and Slate.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email design.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
