What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions Operations position at The University of Findlay?
The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu) is seeking a Director of Admissions Operations. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment & Marketing, the Director of Admissions Operations will oversee the Admissions Records Department in support of the University of Findlay’s undergraduate, graduate, and online admissions functions. This position is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive and efficient workflow across enrollment operations, with a commitment to superior internal and external communication, process optimization, and data integrity.
A bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred, with 3 to 5 years of related industry experience. Slate CRM experience is required for this role. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge and experience with the execution and management of student records and CRM information systems; progressive experience and demonstrated ability in database management, research, and analysis in admissions or other higher education function; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong data entry and student data privacy and security standards; proven success in managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects; and goal-oriented with strong initiative, imagination and organizational qualities.
Some evening and weekend work are required, and some overnight travel are expectations of this position. A valid US Drivers’ license with a safe driving record is required.
