The Scholarship Stewardship Coordinator is a valued team member in the Office of Donor Relations and is primarily responsible for:

  • supporting the growing stewardship efforts of our scholarship donors at UGA
  • ensures that UGA scholarship donors are properly thanked and receive timely and meaningful impact reports
  • assisting the Assistant Director of Scholarship Stewardship in all aspects of university-wide scholarship stewardship, focusing on initiatives that enhance the UGA scholarship donor experience. These initiatives include Scholarship Gratitude Reports, Georgia Commitment Scholarship Ambassador programming, and ThankView by EverTrue support.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • (70%) Scholarship Stewardship
  • (15%) Georgia Commitment Scholarship Ambassador Programming
  • (10%) Communication, Collaboration, and Campus Contact
  • (5%) Special Project and other duties


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years professional work experience in development, customer service, public relations, graphic design, creative media, or a similar field
  • Knowledge/understanding of UGA's mission, goals, academic programs, and organizations
  • Experience working in a fundraising gift databases
  • Experience working in a financial accounting system
  • Experience working in a scholarship management system
  • Experience with Canva and other design platforms for reporting projects
  • Experience in higher education donor relations


Advertised Salary: $57,200 Commensurate with qualifications/experience
