Position Summary | This position reports to the Assistant Director of Scholarship Stewardship and is primarily responsible for supporting the growing stewardship efforts of our scholarship donors at UGA. This position ensures that UGA scholarship donors are properly thanked and receive timely and meaningful impact reports. The Scholarship Stewardship Coordinator will assist the Assistant Director of Scholarship Stewardship in all aspects of university-wide scholarship stewardship, focusing on initiatives that enhance the UGA scholarship donor experience. These initiatives include Scholarship Gratitude Reports, Georgia Commitment Scholarship Ambassador programming, and ThankView by EverTrue support. This position is essential to the success of fundraising at the University, and enhances front-line development by implementing, maintaining, and coordinating institution-wide stewardship programs for UGA's endowed and non-endowed scholarships and other important donor stewardship initiatives, including the Georgia Commitment Scholarship Program. All stewardship efforts will align with the goals of both the University of Georgia and the Development and Alumni Relations division. The Scholarship Stewardship Coordinator must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills to implement initiatives that ensure donors feel appreciated and informed about the impact of their gifts. Our stewardship activities will engage, inspire, educate, and thank donors for their generosity. |
