What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital, Audio Visual & Multimedia Technician position at The University of Manchester?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Digital, Audio Visual & Multimedia Technician to provide technical support working as part of our dynamic integrated Humanities Technical Operations Team.
With a commitment to customer service excellence and a passion for AV, multimedia and digital support, the technician will provide a customer focused technical support service to staff, students and stakeholders to support teaching programmes, research and commercial activities undertaken across the Faculty of Humanities. Humanities’ research and teaching quality is recognised globally; this is an exciting opportunity to join us in Manchester in a thriving energetic Faculty Technical team and contribute to the provision of a sector leading technical service.

The postholder will provide effective AV & Media and other digital support to the staff, students and other stakeholders of the Faculty of Humanities in a timely, agile and effective manner.
