Direct all aspects of the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement programs, services, outreach, and data collection including oversight of departmental staff, space, student employees, and budget. Supervise and support the personal and professional development of the Student Leadership and Involvement professional and graduate staff to include the management of all recruitment, selection and onboarding of that staff. Manage multiple budgets including Fees, Educational and General (E&G), Foundation, and Revenues collected through multiple student organizations in excess of $1M. Management and oversight includes supporting staff who provide training for multiple organizations in finance procedures. Serves as the primary administrator for TigerZone, the online student involvement platform.

Responsible for developing a comprehensive leadership and involvement department focused on developing a highly engaged student body through student organizations, leadership development, campus partnerships, and parent and family programming. Key departmental initiatives and programs include Student Activities Council, Registered Student Organizations, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Weeks of Welcome, Frosh Camp and Camp 901 new student transition programming, Emerging Leaders and Rising Leader Scholarship Programs, Parent and Family Weekend, and University Spirit Initiatives.

Oversee all risk management, internal and external partnerships, and communication initiatives within Student Leadership & Involvement. Responsible for the management of policies and procedures for Registered Student Organizations as well as Fraternity and Sorority Life including the growth/expansion of the fraternity and sorority community. Serves as primary point of contact for legal counsel and university police related to large-scale campus programs planned by and for students. Serve as the liaison to the LEAD advisory board, consisting of external partners supporting program enhancement and funding.
