Job Summary:
Responsible for the business development and physician engagement for the department. To serve as the liaison with internal and external stakeholders, as well as mid and senior level executives. To establish and implement project management processes to ensure that project requirements are delivered effectively, within budget, in compliance with established standards, and within the specified time frame.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and five years business development or client relationship experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Responsibilities
- Establishes relationships with providers within the department and across the state, to increase reputation, improve faculty retention, and achieve financial growth.
- Manages the department’s business development training and mentoring programs.
- Manage various projects related to the annual and long-term strategic plan of the department.
- Works as a department liaison with other departments, institution leadership, and external constituents
- Assists with faculty recruitment, onboarding, and engagement in provider networks.
- Assists with medical student recruitment and outreach events for prospective residents
