Knowledge of human resource processes, procedures, and documentation. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Records maintenance skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and team members. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to interpret and analyze informational needs and provide advice and guidance in area of specialty.

Responsibilities
- Provides specialized assistance in carrying out human resources policies and procedures covering one or more HR functional areas.
- Assists department managers in formulating and designing basic and annual competency forms.
- Creates and maintains employee personnel files in accordance with current JCAHO standards. Monitors files for timely submission of competencies and performance evaluations.
- Schedules drug screens, physicals, and TB testing, performs fingerprints, and gathers appropriate identification and licensure information for the background check process.
- Provides assistance to prospective employees regarding the application and hiring process.
- Collaborates with hiring managers on posting jobs and employee selection. Completes all required action in Workday to post a requisition and hire an applicant. Schedules and conducts new hire orientation and ensure that all required forms are completed.
- Completes personnel action requests for hiring, changes in work status, and/or terminations.
- Verifies initial and renewal license verification for clinical employees
