Job Summary
Job Description
- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Document as-is and to-be processes and requirements across business units and perform gap and risk analyses to identify potential threats to successful implementations.
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting to LDH on all systems implementation initiatives.
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
- Research and evaluate progressive systems solutions for use in the development of innovative solutions for the Department.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
- Other duties as assigned.
