Executive Administrator to the Dean and SHRS Leadership will provide executive level support of the Dean and the SHRS Leadership team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative skills, strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, professionalism, and organization skills in management of multiple functions simultaneously. The Executive Administrator will also serve as liaison between high level administrators as well as internal and external stakeholders. Executive administrator will be expected to listen, gather information, and proactively engage in problem solving. Incumbent will prepare reports and oversee school-wide reporting and adherence to university and other requirements and policies, lead projects, organize and lead meetings, carry out action items, prepare written documents, and will draft or write, disseminate, and receive communications on behalf of the School and Dean. Executive Administrator will play a key role in administration support and the supervision of staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. Seeking a proactive and independent approach to work; team player with a strong sense of ownership needed; individual who has demonstrated ability to focus on details with accuracy; experienced ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment requiring considerable coordination and follow through; and with experience in supporting high-level administrator in higher education preferred but not required.
This position is hybrid and is expected to be on site 4 days per week.

Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of large or complex projects. Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications.

- Collecting and organizing information, writing reports and documents.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and ensure completion of action items.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, engage relevant parties as necessary.
- Oversee day-to-day office functions.
Standing or sitting for long periods of time. May need to help set-up in-person or hybrid meetings on campus.
