Executive Assistant
Serves as the primary support to executive level roles and/or departments and acts as liaison and ensures confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information. Manages office workflow. Assists with strategic planning processes and administrative goals and priorities. Prepares budgetary functions and plans special events.
Assistant to Chair: Day-to-day office management for Department Chair. Includes managing research seminar series, medical school electives and recruitment and promotions of faculty.
This position is primarily sedentary; some hand deliveries may be required as well as escorting of applicants throughout the health system. Lifting of books and journals, moving files.
