Post Doctoral Associate (Young)
Postdoctoral Associate for Dr. Young’s Confirmatory R01 Study. This is for a postdoctoral associate position in Dr. Young’s lab to assist with her NIH-funded research project using fMRI and EEG to determine neural markers of risk and resilience in those at familial risk for developing major depressive disorder. Duties include programming, assisting with data collection, organization, analysis, and writing up results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected, including: ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in the organization, ability to deal effectively with participants, and ability to adequately convey concepts in grants and publications. Familiarity with MATLAB is preferred.
Qualifications:
Requirements are: doctorate in Engineering, Neuroscience, Computer Science or related field, 1 year of experience/exposure in Data analysis. Good Coding skills are needed.
