USD Head Start is seeking a teacher for a classroom in Tea. SD. This position is 40 hours a week (8:00 to 4:30 p.m. w/ 1/2 hr unpaid lunch). This is a 10 month position that runs from Aug 1 to May 31st annually. Teaching 16-17 children ages 3-5 in ax extended day classroom.
Preferred applicants must have BA/BS degree in early childhood education; elementary or special education with early childhood endorsement.
This position is eligible for the full state of SD benefits package which includes employer contributions to health insurance for applicant, accrual of annual and sick leave, paid state holidays, a matching contribution to the SDRS and a life insurance policy.
