• Responsibilities include Providing assistance to the Center by scheduling events and maintaining calendars, answering phones, preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, entering data into the Parry Center database and audiovisual software;
• tracking and maintaining program evaluation data; purchasing, invoicing, monitoring budgets and reporting; billing customers and depositing funds;

assisting with grant applications; monitoring IRB processes; and participating in preparation, take down, and live simulation activities by being a hall monitor, time keeping, performing as a standardized patient or participant, keeping track of room and equipment utilization, compiling survey responses, laundering gowns and scrubs, and replenishing simulation and exam rooms.
